A less-than-optimised system means unhappy users and wasted money. At worst it leads to lost business and hefty fines. You need to know that your control system is running as it should. If it’s not, it’ll be fixed as quickly as possible. It’s our job to make that happen.
We remotely monitor your system to make sure it’s running optimally. If something does go wrong, the system alerts our engineers so they can evaluate what’s happened and, if possible, resolve any latent faults or reset the system. If we need more information, we’ll work with your site-based service and maintenance team to carry out further checks and try to resolve the issue. Plus we’re always at the end of the phone or an email if you need support at any other time.
We’ll visit you regularly (usually every one or two years, always tailored to your system and specific needs) to meticulously check that each and every part of your control system – software, equipment, sensors and alarms – is working as expected.
It’s not enough to just keep your system running, we want to make sure it is working at its best. We’ll review your Description of Operation and the criteria behind your control philosophy, and assess how this matches up with your building control needs. Then, we’ll help you make data-based decisions on the best way to optimise your system and develop a realistic and budget-friendly plan to make it happen.
We will tell you which critical and subcritical system parts you should keep on site in case of a breakdown. We tailor your stock list to your needs and account for order lead times to make sure you can get your system back up and running as quickly as possible.
We make sure your team have the right knowledge and skills to operate the controls effectively. We can review your current guidance documents and, if necessary, revise and clarify them. We offer a range of highly effective and tailored training, all so you can reduce user error and keep service visits to a minimum.
The AI algorithms and our analytics can track and evaluate your data to give us an intricate understanding of how your building is performing and where you can optimise your system to improve energy efficiency and reduce costs. If you need a full audit trail, we can do that too.
Our engineers have more than 20 years of experience in building automation controls, and understand that you just need your controls to do their job effectively. We do everything we can to make sure that they do, so it’s one less thing for you to worry about.
