For example, we could give top level access to a buildings manager enabling them to view and change settings on as many aspects of the system as is required (i.e. setpoints on temperature sensors, flow temperature of a boiler output, temperature of a swimming pool etc.) and maybe lower level access to other staff, limiting the power to alter settings if necessary.
